YOGA Classes, workplace workshops, meditation
Diana has been teaching yoga, mindfulness practices, meditation, and pranayama techniques since 2001. These offer a chance to learn to optimize physical heath, befriend the mind, open the heart, and inquire into Self-discovery.
Her journey started with meditation. She had designed and taught meditation courses that help people establish and refine their meditation practice. She draws from decades of practice and study. She is skilled in traditional Upanishadic meditation practice and influenced by Tibetan and Early Buddhism practices, Shamanism and Christianity.
The hatha yoga classes Diana teaches include mindfulness approach and she teaches gentle and chair, various levels of Hatha from beginners to advanced yoga, prenatal, postnatal and yoga therapy focused workshops. Many years of experience in teaching in different settings, ashrams, medical clinics, schools, studios and gyms, give her a broad perspective. Diana was classically trained through the Integral Yoga of Saraswathi lineage.
She skillfully brings yoga and mindfulness practices to the work place and addresses the strain of the work environment on the body and mind, such as lower back strain, eye strain, and stress management. Upon request, these workshops are offered on a one time basis or in a chosen frequency.

Testimonials:
"When multiple physical and emotional issues triggered by the Shelter In Place order caused a major flare up of my osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia to the point where I could hardly walk around my apartment I knew I could count on the Integral Yoga style of yoga even though I had never experienced actual Yoga Therapy before. I have been attending sessions for Yoga Therapy with Diana Meltsner for several weeks now and I can walk again, I have started walking half a mile around my neighborhood every day, and I look forward to returning to ballet class in due time. Thanks so much!!!"
