Diana Meltsner is a meditation teacher, C-IAYT certified yoga therapist and e-RYT500 Yoga Alliance registered 500-hour experienced teacher and teacher trainer and mentor.
Staying true to traditional teachings of Yoga, she integrates knowledge of current studies regarding yoga, mindfulness, and meditation. The sciences shows how these ancient practices support physical health conditions, as well as enhance mental health in these modern times. These practices have deep effect on our sense of belonging and spirituality.
YOGA & meditation
Diana has been teaching yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and pranayama since 2001. Her work offers students the opportunity to cultivate physical well-being, befriend the mind, open the heart, and engage in a meaningful inquiry into Self-discovery.
Her journey began with meditation, and she has designed and taught courses that support students in establishing and refining a consistent meditation practice. Drawing from decades of study and personal experience, Diana is grounded in traditional Upanishadic meditation and is also influenced by Tibetan and Early Buddhist practices, as well as Shamanic and Christian contemplative traditions.
Diana’s hatha yoga classes are taught with a strong foundation in mindfulness. She offers gentle and chair yoga, prenatal and postnatal yoga, and hatha yoga at all levels—from beginner to advanced—as well as yoga therapy–focused workshops. Her many years of teaching in diverse settings, including ashrams, medical clinics, schools, studios, and gyms, have given her a broad and adaptable perspective. Classically trained in the Integral Yoga tradition of the Saraswati lineage, Diana has also trained numerous teachers through 200-hour yoga and meditation teacher training programs, equipping her to share these practices with depth and professionalism.
In addition, Diana brings yoga and meditation into the workplace, addressing the physical and mental strains of modern work environments, such as lower back tension, eye strain, and stress. These offerings are available as one-time workshops or as ongoing programs, depending on the needs of the organization.

Testimonials:
"When multiple physical and emotional issues triggered by the Shelter In Place order caused a major flare up of my osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia to the point where I could hardly walk around my apartment I knew I could count on the Integral Yoga style of yoga even though I had never experienced actual Yoga Therapy before. I have been attending sessions for Yoga Therapy with Diana Meltsner for several weeks now and I can walk again, I have started walking half a mile around my neighborhood every day, and I look forward to returning to ballet class in due time. Thanks so much!!!"
