Classes and Meditation
*Gentle Flow Yoga: is meditative, emphasizing peace and calm in body and mind. We hold poses longer, taking several rounds of breath in each pose. This mat class provides a gentle form of exercise, stretching and relaxation. Slower pace of a hatha yoga flow class makes the practice accessible to beginners as well as providing depth of experience for those with established practice. UPCOMING Workshops:
